CLA Madrid edition
IE University, 22-24 March 2023
The Consumer Leadership Academy (CLA) is a free of charge immersive course designed to stimulate informed discussion from all sides of the major policy debates shaping the future of consumerism, with a particular focus on digital transformation and sustainability. The CLA brings together policy and thought leaders from around Europe for a series of lectures, seminars and panel sessions led by experts and grounded in academic research.

CLA 2022 Wrap-up
“The Consumer Leadership Academy” 2022 edition – Recap video
The first edition of the Consumer Leadership Academy was a memorable experience. From 28 to 30 June 2022, at the Bocconi University in Milan, high-level speakers and motivated participants discussed the new regulatory and policy challenges regarding the future of consumerism, with a focus on digital transformation and sustainability. This video gives an overview of the three days program from the voice of the protagonists, a taste of what will be held in 2023 at the IE University of Madrid with the second edition of the CLA.
